Hi Doctor , The Last Three Days I've Had This

Hi doctor , the last three days i've had this "pimple" underneath my right areola which hasnt been unnormal because i have a few of these "pimple" looking things for years on my breast that have caused no concern ,but this one has gotten larger over the past few days and can see there is pus under it. last night it "popped" and the white substance was sticky and kind of hard . most of it came out but the rest is stuck leaving me with a big whole and still some white substance in it , should i be concerned and head to a hospital ? i have never had it become so big and uncomfortable
