Hi Doctor, While Wearing A Condom I Slightly Stretched It

Hi doctor, while wearing a condom I slightly stretched it and then saw a drop of blood on my penis and found out that a little bit of frenulum broke down. I don't feel much pain but lil bit while removing the foreskin. I want to ask you that does frenulum grows back to original and within how many day it wil get complete healed..??
