Hi Doctor...I Am Going To Start Opt Fast Shakes Today.

Hi doctor...I am going to start Opt fast shakes today. I am not very obese but am a little over weight. I have tried everything!. I do have a few allergies like to seafood ...and saw in the ingredients that there is fish oil, I was little concerned with that. I asked my specialist who I see for my asthma if it is ok to take this, he said it should not be a problem. Can you please let me know?. I will be taking this shake like a replacement during the day. I am not going full on like other people. Annie
