Hi doctor,I have done ultrasound scan and the report is Right Renal Microlith, Fibroids in uterus, polycystic ovaries. Bilateral ovaries are mildly bulky with multiple small peripheral folicles and central stromal hypertrophy. No free fluid in the abdomen . Pouch of Dougles is free .

Right kidney measures 8.9x3.7 cms There is a upperpole calculus in the right kidney measuring 4 mm.
