Hi Doctor,I Have Pain In My Left Ear Sometimes. When

Hi doctor,I have pain in my left ear sometimes. When it aches , I find loud noise (car horn, shutting of door)to be sensitive. I feel irritated when someone speaks near my ears. It usually happens when my nose is completely blocked and have irritation at the back of my nose. I hear crackling noises too as if there's some sticky substance in my ears. We have speakers fitted in our class.I have to cover my ear in class when the teacher teaches in a loud tone while my other classmates find it normal.Somedays my ear is fine. I have done hearing test few months back when I had noise sensitivity but not the pain.The test came out to be normal. The docter said it might be just coz of anxiety.
And my right ear makes noises like a broken radio when I speak or when I hear sound or when i touch near my ears . I have sinus congestion iny left nose.Please help. Whats causing the pain and strange noise in my ears?
