Hi Doctor,i Am 28 Years Old,i Am Experiencing Fatigue And

Hi doctor,i am 28 years old,i am experiencing fatigue and fever on certain intervals for 01 month.as per my doctor my blood results are ok,wbc is 8500 and glocose,uric acid level is also ok,but still i am not recovered from the fatigue.
can you please advise
