Hi Doctor.i Got Married On Jan 2015. My Last Period

Hi doctor.i got married on jan 2015. My last period was on 31 july. I missed my period for 10 days. I have low back pain, leg pain and stomach pain also. I did home pregnancy test on sep 1 and did blood test also. In both of the cases the result was negative. But this is the first time my period date is delaying and i have creamy white discharge also. Is there any chance of pregnancy.in blood test the hcg level was very low. What may be the reason for delaying my period?
