Hi Doctor,my Skin Is Itching And When I Do Itch

Hi doctor,my skin is itching and when i do itch it gets fluid filled and when i have it opened the fluid in it is sticky and smells bad...my both arm and fingers is full of this fluid filled blister like...been on a drug called diethlycarbamazine for about two weeks now and atill it does still come out on my skin.what do i do,I'm damn scared
