Hi Doctors, I Been Having Migraine For More Than 10

Hi doctors,
I been having migraine for more than 10 years just like my mom. I am turning 30 this year. Doctor has prescribed 3 types of meds to take when having migraine. Those meds are: vasograin, paras, gascoal
I was involved in an accident back in the year 2013 while crossing the road.
I was hit by a car, I fell on front bonnet after my head hit the front mirror. Front mirror cracks.
Bruises on my forehead and waist. I have done scan (MRI I guess) same day. Doctor say okay.
My question is: Does those medications has side effect in long term (i.e concentration, memory), Do I need to do following check up with neurologist. I noticed I having trouble to remember, less concentration. I am so worried.
