Hi Doctor's , I Got Pregnant On Jan 19th. And

Hi doctor's , I got pregnant on Jan 19th. And also miscarriage on Feb 1st. Later I got period on march 9th.But it was drak brown in color without any cramps r pains like my regular period. And on 10th day I've seen pinkish bleed when I pee .After that I'm feeling preggy again with blotting stomach and positive dettol test.Can anyone suggest me what is it and my prob? I'm also having food cravings n frequent urination, feel to drink lots of water which I never felt before.
