Hi Doctors.. I Have A Personal Question About The Darkened

Hi doctors.. I have a personal question about the darkened skin that has come to be on my flower area as well as the inside of my bottom part. I would like to advice or suggestions on how to and what to use to lighten them up or get rid of them. Iam sure there isn't a over night solution. I do know some of the reasons why this occurs. Please supply me with any recommendations of a cream, diet, peel, vitamin or anything you feel strongly about ... thank you kindly
