Hi Doctors, I Took 1 Clindamycin 300mg Capsule. After A

Hi doctors,
I took 1 clindamycin 300mg capsule. After a minutes, it irritates my throat up to mid chest. Then after one day, i felt pain in midchest after dringking water and even swallowing a foods, pain when i burp out. also i have a black stool three times a day.

I observed my pups, the dark was fade or not much compare last time.

I took omeprazole 40mg once a day after meal, amoxicillin 500mg twice a day and gaviscon sachet.

My question is how long this medications to be take and when is the time to consult a gastroenterologist and do a endoscopy procedure.
