Hi Doctors, I Been Experincing Since Last Week This Kind

Hi doctors, i been experincing since last week this kind of thing in my right eye. I feel like there is something covering my right eye and when it gets evening it comes more and more heavier, i mostly feel it at evening, when ever i wake from my sleep at morning my right eye is a little reddy at the right side and it just last for a 2 minutes i think, its not affecting my vision but my left eye is a little faded and my right eye has adjust its contrast making the color darker or vibrant.it is sometimes itchy im just uncomfortable for this thing in my eye so pls help me.
