Hi Does This Sound Like HIV ? I Had Sex

Hi does this sound like HIV ? I had sex about 4 months ago which was protected but he took the condom off and didn't tell me until it was too late. I've lost 7lbs in 2 months, I had lightheadedness, a phlegmy cough .., GERD, Left side numbness and pins and needle pain. I only had diarrhea for one day which only lasted a hour then never came back and then I had frequent soft bowels, I also have a lymph node on the side of my neck that appeared 2 months ago and never went away. I went on WebMD and of course hiv was up there....This is stressing me out so much every hospital assumed it was just severe anxiety , I never had a temp over 98.6 , no full blown diarrhea, I'm very fatigued , my skin is dry, I get this pressure on my throat and sweaty palms with numbness and muscle tightness, now JM waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and sweat. I had a CBC done, thyriod, and I'm waiting for my std and hiv results. The only thing I had that was detected was a yeast infection and BV (I'm on Mirena) that just popped up, and had no intercourse in those 4 months .I also was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis due to the phelgm not going away.
