Hi Dr. I Was 5.6 In Height And 103 Kg

Hi dr. I was 5.6 in height and 103 kg in weight i am 36yrs male. I am a heavy drinker but not daily consumer once or twice weekely but a chain smoker i was doing this from past I prepared for sleeve gastrectomy bypass 15 yrs . I dont have any health problems . I was prepared for sleeve gastrectomy bypass surgery but during my surgery my doc found some baby cirrhotic scars on my liver and he changed his mind and did mini sleeve bypass surgery. Will baby cirhosis or scarslike thing will root to cirrhosis am i in danger level?
My sgot and sgpt levels never increased more than 27 and 28 before or till date.what are the chances to get cirrhosis if i continue acohol i am not taking very low quantities . I used to take mostly beer 60%.

Now i was diagonised with jaundice with 2.3 level serum bilrubin and sgot28 sgpt29. My serum bil rubin get to normal aftet 15 days to 0.89. Can i start eating non veg if so from when and also can i take alchol mostly beer on limited quantity .
