Hi Dr. My 2 Years Old Son Had Multiple Vsd

Hi dr. My 2 years old son had multiple vsd at birth so he had a p.a banding surgery 11 months back. After surgery the band pressure was 45 mmgh but 11 months later the band pressure elevated to 75mmgh. Will this change in pressure cause any problem to the heart? Thank you
