Hi Dr. Please I Need I Know If Duphaston Drug

Hi dr. Please I need I know if duphaston drug can delay period cos I had miscarriage onthe 11th of march and the dr. Prescribed duphaston to stop the bleeding but it did not stop so I stopped the drug which I took for 2 days, i didn't want to go for evacuation so i took misoprostol to bleed out, after the bleeding for days, i resumed the duphaston drug from on the 18th of march to on the 28th, I took it for 10 days and stopped, since then no period.
Onthe 7th of April, I started having blood stain instead of my period, please what should I do
