Hi Dr I Have Been Digonse With Dehydrated L4,L5 With

Hi dr i have been digonse with dehydrated L4,L5 with left small para-centeral potrusion intending the theca and causing mild left exiting L4 and left decending S1 roots impingement .
I did many phisiotharpy like 45 times.and still feel the pain I don't know what to do...
Serugry or there any exercises to do.
I'm 28 years old
