Hi Dr...im 28wks And 3 Days Of Pregnancy I Would

Hi dr...im 28wks and 3 days of pregnancy i would like to ask about im having this dizziness,headaches with the aura,sweating,nausea,heartburn and heart palpitations almost every single hour....when i have this palpitations my heart beats start pounding very strong and sometimes my pukse rate 135 like tat....i feel nervous,short of breath,dizziness,sweating and fainting...
But actly im having tis GERD and my blood pressure also normal...when i have tis dyspepsia only my bp was high until 142/98mmhg....it tat we call panic attack or how??
