Hi Driving Home From A Weekend Getaway And All Of

Hi driving home from a weekend getaway and all of a sudden started having major chest pain I am a 50 year old female with heart history in my immediate family. I came home and checked my blood pressure it was 145/86 which is quite high for me I am usually 1118/70 should I be concerned ??? The pain was very extreme it has been about an hour and the pain has eased off.
