Hi Drs My Granddaughter Of 8 Weeks Had This Skin

Hi drs my granddaughter of 8 weeks had this skin lessions. First the dr said it was hand feet. As i was diagnose with scabies. We belive that is the same with her. She has been on Erythromycin for 2 weeks. No improvement. What other antibiotics will help. Mom is allergic for penicillin.
