Hi During The First 3-4days Following My 2 High Quality

Hi during the first 3-4days following my 2 high quality embryos transfer i had every day the symptoms of pregnancy: nausea, exhausting feeling, cramping and headache. Afterwards i had a a heavy cough that caused me huge pain on the right side of my upper stomach (already in pain after the tranfer operation) . Could this have repercussions on the stability of the embryos as i no longer have any pregnancy symptom after that
