Hi Earlier I Was Outside Working And I Felt Short

Hi earlier I was outside working and I felt short of breath and felt like I was going to pass out then about and hour later my nose started bleeding and now (a couple of hours later) my left arm and left chest (right over my heart) hurts.. Is it all connected and should I get it checked out? I'm 19 by the way
