Hi, Earlier Today On My Break, A Group Of Boys

Hi, earlier today on my break, a group of boys came up to me and sprayed me in the face with clear, no scent spray and after a couple minutes I felt drowsy and like someone had drugged me. Is there any sprays that can do that, like the same effects as rophynol tablets?
