Hi Every Time I Smoke Crack My Back Goes Into

Hi every time I smoke crack my back goes into like a spasm, really tense and very painful.can you please tell me why this is.i recently had scorious(spelling wrong) where you get numbness and pain down your leg, andare still numb at the top of my leg. Does that havessomething to do with it?
