Hi, Feeling A Little Heaviness Near My Heart Region On

Hi, feeling a little heaviness near my heart region on & off. I was taking a herbal calcium and vitamin b12 supplement earlier and stopped it as soon as this started happening. Since then there is an improvement but still it is there. But this calcium supplement was only taken for a week after this started happening. I read about intake of calcium and have since then stopped that supplement.
But over intake of calcium happen when you have been taking excess calcium over a considerably long period of time.
I have been having pain around my back and leg region and was advised by my orthopedician for a calcium supplement and Meganeuron OD plus for vitamin B12 deficiency which was 166. I have also recently taken a Vitamin D3 Arachitol 0000IU injection for vitamin D deficiency along with 60000 IU weekly doses of Rockbon satchet for 6 weeks. Please advise what can be the reason for the heaviness near my heart and can I continue my medication for Meganeuron OD plus and change the calcium supplement.
