Hi, Few Months Ago I Got Hit Really Hard On

Hi, few months ago I got hit really hard on my left breast and ever since my nipple has been inverted. Now they hurt so much when my nipples shrink and the top of my areola hurts and is firm to touch. When i apply pressure to it, a pus looking discharge comes out. What does this mean?
