Hi, Few Years Back I Was Diag. With Gastroparesis, But

Hi, few years back I was diag. with Gastroparesis, but yet I am not Diabetic, (actually I am Reactive Hypoglycemia but told that is Not diabetes). I have Many flare up's and often left with NO treatments. In mist of one for past week and the discomfort is Terrible this time. Went to a Clinic today and nothing they could do for me. the Pain has been horrific this time around -- with also feeling every thing inside is pushing downward when upright, when sitting everything pushes upward to point have trouble breathing, along with all my organs feel jarring about which causes more pain. Not able to stand, sit, or lay down without horrible discomfort. Laxatives never help, therefore, I had no choice but to purchase a bottle of Citrite Magnesium and drank 1/2 which a day later gave a little relieve but the next day it started building right back up. Not able to even eat as it just sits on top of stomach adding more discomfort. Is there
anything I can do to relieve the symptoms to get back to normal?
