Hi, Five Days Ago I Had My Four Wisdom Teeth

Hi, five days ago I had my four wisdom teeth removed. Only one was impacted (bottom right). The third day I was finally noticing the pain was subsiding, I started doing ibuprofen in place of the harder pain meds through the day unless it was bad or before bed. Yesterday the pain started up almost as bad as the first day, waking me up in the night. My entire lower jaw is throbbing, up to my ear. I'm not swollen in the cheeks anymore, but my neck is swollen. Occasionally, my jaw will "chatter" uncontrollably. What could this be?
