Hi For 9 Months I Been Having A Nose Problem

Hi for 9 months I been having a nose problem like running nose I have use a lot of nose spray just to open nose way for I can breath under cold air my nose gets stuffy really fast before I go to I'll put nose spray middle of night I get I always have to blow my nose in the morning is the most when it comes out I get light muscle most of the it's just clear that comes out please help
