Hi, For A Couple Of Weeks My Penis Has Had

Hi, for a couple of weeks my penis has had dry skin, sometimes tearing around the head when it is erect. I thought it was just a change but it is not going away. Last night there was bleeding, a tiny amount during cleanup. Of course it also burns when I am in the shower after an erection or intercourse. What do you think? Even lube does not stop the tearing.
