for a eight year boy the report says: known case of AR and MR with mild PAH.
the child complains about backpain, gets exhausted quickly and cough.
an echo has been done, but there is no cd and xray is actually normal. urine ok.
he is on diuretics.
would you recommend invasive treatment ( they say his valves half holes) or keep on medicine?
