Hi, For A While I Had Quite A Bad Vaginal

Hi, for a while I had quite a bad vaginal odor but it went away a few days ago however was replaced by a chunky white discharge similar to wet toilet paper (but with no odor). I just want to be back to normal! And now the discharge is going a bit yellow and bad odored again. I also have sore hard nipples today and am not sure if that is related to it?
