Hi, For A While Now, I Have Had A Swelling

Hi, for a while now, I have had a swelling that seems to present as a raised roundish bump on my legs (on both legs at roughly the same location) It hurts when I walk really quickly but disappears after I slow down and gently massage it. The points where the skin swells and then goes back to normal looks slightly discoloured from being extended.m
