Hi, For A While Now I've Been Having Systems Of

Hi, for a while now I've been having systems of high blood pressure such as; metalic smell in my nose, I see black sometimes white dots moving around the air, shaking, dizziness and feeling like I have to sit down or I'll fall over. Also my heart rate gets very high even if I'm just sitting down or even when I've just woken up. I also get pains in my chest and was just wondering if it was normal.
