Hi, For About 3 Months Now, I Seem To Get

Hi, for about 3 months now, I seem to get a cold which starts with my sinus draining and then symptoms of a cold seem to come one after the other such as starting with a dry throat, stopped nose, phylum, running nose, being tired, sneezing then coughing. Once it goes away for a little while then comes back.
