Hi, For About 6 Weeks Now Every Time I Have

Hi, for about 6 weeks now every time I have sex with my partner my vagina feels like it's burning like it really hurts. I've took a chalmydia test and I haven't got that.. But I've been off work sick for 3 weeks with glandular fever. Would it have anything to do with that? Or is there something I should be worried about?
