Hi For About Six Months My Son Has Been Swallowing

Hi for about six months my son has been swallowing an clicking in his sleep but lately it has got bad that were hardly getting any sleep at all.I'm not sure if it's reflux as he's trying to swallow it down an he also has a chronic cough .he is being treated for ashma but help no better x
