Hi, For Months Now I Keep Developing These Nasty Amber/yellow

Hi, for months now I keep developing these nasty amber/yellow colored scabs in both of my nostrils.( left worse then right). When I pic the scab it usually excretes a small amount of clear sticky liquid with some blood. There is also crust forming on the rim of my nostrils. I was wondering if there is any home remedy or over the counter drug I can use to treat this problem, I am trying to avoid a visit to the doctor. Thanks.
