Hi, For The First 24 Hours I Was Puking And

Hi, for the first 24 hours I was puking and constand diarrhea, always a watery black stool. I don't think it's "tarry" enough to be blood but it does have a foul odor. I stated taking Pepto Bismol and I know that can turn your stool black but like I said it already was before I started taking it. I have a headache and body pains with only a small low grade fever some of the time. It is now day 2 and I have stopped vomiting and can keep liquids down but the diarrhea hasn't stopped and now I have painful gas that also smells foul. My belly/abdomen looks somewhat swollen. Is this Norovirus or the stomach bug? My main concern is the colour of the stool. Thank you!
