Hi For The Last 2 Weeks I've Had Mucus In

Hi for the last 2 weeks I've had mucus in my nasal cavity behind my soft palate and I know it's there because I 1. Can feel it, 2. When I blow my nose it vibrates 3. I have developed the last 3 days a terrible smell/taste in that nostril (it's making me feel like I could throw up its that bad). I about 6 years ago had a septoplasty for a deviated septum. It has been very successful for me until about 6 months ago when I started getting the headaches again on the left side. That is and has always been the only side that's ever caused me discomfort. Now that I'm dealing with this disgusting taste/smell I need to somehow push this clump of god knows what out I can't handle it for another day. I've used everything, sinus rinse, neti-pot, mucinex, Sudafed, Flonase, steam, hot showers but nothing is working. Please tell me how I can get this nasty thing out of my nasal cavity.
