Hi For The Last Two Days I Have Had Stomach

Hi for the last two days I have had stomach cramps and diarreah which eases the stomach cramps when I go .. The cramps are so painful I can't sleep and only paracetamol seems to ease the pain. I on holiday in Greece and wondered if I had eaten something that doesn't agree with me.. Any suggestions as it seems to get worse after I eat food .. Thanks
