Hi For The Last Two Days In Between MySpace Second

Hi for the last two days in between MySpace second to last toe and middle toe there has been some pain as if I had been pricked between the two sort of like a splinter type feeling when I checked my foot I looked down to discover what I thought was a painful very a that had recently appeared however a the check I made to day just looked like I had a tiny needle sized hole in between my toes that oozed with a slight bit of puss every time I make a movement usually I would just ignore a veruca because for me they usually just dissapear on there own however this has caused me a great deal of pain for the last two days and I am becoming increasingly worried that this may be more serious than I first thought. The pain now hurts when I walk and is very uncomfortable I just would like to know what it is and how I could get rid of it
