Hi, For The Last Two Months I Feel Fullness In

Hi, for the last two months I feel fullness in my ear, worst in the right one. I feel tightness in my throat, like something squeezing it from inside, sometime pain but its comes and go. I also feel dryness in my throat and have to swallow couple of time just to get rid of this feeling. I have swollen gland in the right side of my neck, and its hurts sometimes.
