Hi For The Last Two Months My Vaginal Has Been

Hi for the last two months my vaginal has been very irritated to the point where it's raw and has spread to my anus. Also I have been chafing between my leg. I had change my soap and detergent and also have been using chafing cream but nothing seems to work. I went to the doctor got tested for STD and everything came back negative. I don't know what to do cause it's very uncomfortable.
