Hi, For The Last Week I Have Noticed When I

Hi, for the last week i have noticed when i wiped there was blood on my tissue, my period isnt due for another week but it also started out as a browny colour then has turned to a more red colour, i am in no pain or anything but i have been feeling sick and also my stomach has been bloating up, thank u hope u can help
