Hi, For The Last Week Or So I've Noticed I've

Hi, for the last week or so I've noticed I've ben catching a cold. I'm surrounded by sick people at university so I'm not sure what I'm sick with. My throat has been itchy/dry/sore for the last day or two, and this morning I woke up with an ear ache. I noticed my lymph nodes are swollen on the right side, and my right ear/throat hurt more than the left. Also, I think I might be getting a sinus infection because I feel very congested in my head. Migraine, sore face, etc.
