Hi For The Last Year Or So I Have Been

Hi for the last year or so I have been getting headaches and I forget conversations that take place a day before or I might forget how to go to the grocery store and have to sit and think about it. I cant remember names a lot and I cant remember things that happenend to me in my childhood and I cant remember people either. I have had 2 aortic valves replaced asc repaired and a mitral ring repair done in the past. I am a little worried about my short term memory loss and what do I do about this
