Hi For The Past 3 Months My Period Have Come

Hi for the past 3 months my period have come twice a month. Right after I get a fishy smell. I previously had cylamydia, took medication then still get symptoms. My boyfriend & I last took medication in august. I'm not sure if its gone but my period comes heavy & my stomach most of the times feels as if I'm on my period. I don't know weather to see a gynecologist, or a doctor. Please help
