Hi, For The Past 4 Hours, I Have Had A

Hi, for the past 4 hours, I have had a sharp, constant pain in the lower mid area of my stomach. It feels like I may need to pass gas and have a bowel movement, however, I have had 3 regular bowel movements today. I do not believe that I am constipated and the pain does increase when I push on the area and at some points, it radiates around to my mid to lower back. Please advise.
